Position- Assistant Manager (Hyperlocal Central)

You are Responsible for:

  • Drive Inventory Planning across Perishable categories for Hyperlocal Supply chain.
  • Planning inventory at city level as per inventory carrying norms & shelf life.
  • Planning milk run distribution across dark stores in the city for all perishable categories across frozen, Ambient and Dry Supply chains and ensure nuances of each are incorporated.
  • Drive Instock at Dark store level as per defined target and Minimize wastage and liquidation cost as per Industry standards.
  • Co-ordinate with business and demand planning teams to finalize Month, Week, Day level demand plans along with event / festive plans.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:

  • 2-5 Years of relevant supply chain experience (preferably handled either logistics or Inventory and Distribution planning or both).
  • Rational decision-making, negotiating and influencing skills. The ability to work effectively independently. Accountability, initiative, integrity and maturity are pre-requisites.
  • Ability to work with Spreadsheets and R for doing daily analysis.
  • Customer first Approach in Solving any problems and ability to Quantify the Risk to the Customer Metrics for any decision or approach.
  • Strong bias for action: All-hands on deck and get things done attitude.
