Role Overview As the Analyst, Knowledge Management at Athena, you are the glue that holds the our community together. Your responsibilities include maintaining the Athena community platform, administering the incentive program, collecting member feedback, and ongoing data analysis. Your high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial in keeping our community functioning smoothly and up-to-date.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Content Management: Develop and maintain a library of content templates and resources to support community engagement.
- Community Incentives: Manage the community's incentive system, including points, badges, and awards to motivate member participation.
- Platform Management: Ensure the community platform is up-to-date and functioning smoothly, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Data Analysis: Provide regular data reports and insights on community engagement, trends, and performance metrics to guide decision-making.
- Community Feedback: Collect feedback from community members to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring the community remains relevant and valuable.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management to continuously improve engagement strategies.

Skills and Competencies
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage the community and convey important information.
- Research Skills: Proven research capabilities for event planning, community research, and identifying best practices in community management to enhance engagement activities.
- Design Skills: Proficient in tools such as Canva, Adobe Design, and other tools to create digital assets that capture community interest.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in data reports, content templates, and the incentive system administration, essential in maintaining efficiency and trust within the community.
- Highly organized: Adept at managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously ensuring all aspects of community engagement are handled effectively and efficiently.
Relevant Experience Required
Three years of professional work experience, field flexible.
Educational and Certification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Hospitality, or a related field.
Direct Reports and Span of Control This is an Individual Contributor role.
