Daily collection of market intelligence data that is relevant to each of the businesses in the Group and converging the data into accessible formats that various business representatives can access. The data collection is through primary and secondary sources.

Supporting the development of Market Intelligence reports through internally generated data and vendor-based sources.

Supporting the research assignments administration process – field team briefing/training, quality checks during data collection, and data clean-up. For outsourced assignments, the support will involve supporting the department in quality checks of the vendor survey administration.

Generating database of research respondents from collected research data for future use in telephone-administered surveys.

Logistical support for partnership activities – venue planning, development of materials for forums, distribution of items, meetings coordination, etc.

Support analysis and report writing as per the needs of various business units.
