Are you organised, friendly, and ready to step in when it counts? We’re building a pool of reliable and enthusiastic casual staff to support our operations across administration, data entry, ticketing, and customer service. This flexible opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to contribute during busy periods with the potential to be called upon as needed. In the immediate, we are looking to fill 2 positions (35 hrs x 2 months) during the summer... but really Football never stops so we are always in flux!

What We’re Looking For: Whether you’ve worked in an office before or are just starting out, if you bring the right attitude and willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!

Essential Attributes:

  • Experience in administration or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and well-organised
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • A positive, proactive, and team-focused approach

Desirable (but not required):

  • Experience in diary management or working with multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of Scottish football structures
  • Experience handling invoices or expenses

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide full administrative support to Scottish FA departments as required
  • Performing ongoing system entry and support tasks on Scottish FA Systems
  • Provide a best-in-class customer service to all Scotland supporters and customers, as well as other stakeholders, both internal and external, as required
  • Liaise as necessary with internal stakeholders and service providers to meet all operational requirements
  • Co-ordinate internal and external mail room operations as directed
  • Raise purchase orders as required

Other duties may be assigned depending on requirements of the role
