This position requires hybrid work in either the Lincolnshire, IL or Mississauga, Canada locations.
Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain, and grow tools and databases for supplier risk mapping, supply chain compliance, continuity planning, and sustainability
Manage supplier relationships to drive collection of necessary risk and compliance data into our systems
Manage datasets and drive analytics and visualizations of the risk datasets to help drive supply chain decisions
Working directly with business stakeholders, designs a wide variety of moderately complex reports and some complex reports using data from one or multiple systems to specifications. Delivers report in format to aid stakeholders outside the functional area (powerpoint, PDF, etc.)
Reviews delivered reports for data accuracy. Independently works to resolve quality issues of limited scope and escalates complex quality issues to supervisor or senior staff for resolution
Uses business acumen to look beyond the data to generate recommendations for a wide variety of moderately complex problems to review directly with business stakeholders
Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences
May be responsible for data governance processes and quality in assigned area of responsibility
Coaches junior level analysts in data governance, report design and analysis, and data presentation
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline
5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain working with suppliers and data
Preferred Qualifications:
Data Analysis, Data Collection and Data Mapping experience
Knowledge of Alteryx or similar ETL tools
Microsoft Excel - intermediate to advanced skills
V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, IF Loops, and ability to read VBA (Visual Basic) preferred
More advanced data skills (programming) or data visualization (PowerBI) a plus
Microsoft PowerPoint - intermediate to advanced skills
Can synthesize complex data into themes, stories and recommendations
Presentation skills - intermediate skills to advanced required
