What this position is responsible for:

The Client Success Manager (CSM) will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their marketing goals are met and they receive top-notch service. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, tracking campaign performance, and collaborating with our internal teams to deliver exceptional results. This role is critical in maintaining client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Roles:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication.

  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business, marketing goals, and challenges.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance updates to keep clients informed and engaged.

  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure long-term success.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, email, paid media, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and marketing materials.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize results.

  • Ensure client expectations are met, timelines are adhered to, and deliverables are executed with high quality.

  • Prepare and present performance reports, detailing campaign progress, ROI, and KPIs.

  • Continuously gather feedback from clients to improve services and offerings.

Interests/Experiences

  • Proven experience in customer success, or account management within digital marketing, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or health industries.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills both team and client facing

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of paid digital platforms is preferred (not required)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and e-commerce sectors is a plus.
