We are looking for a dynamic Market Development Representative who demonstrates the qualities of a quick learner with exceptional listening and negotiating skills. In this role, you will play a crucial part in lead generation and development, contributing significantly to the expansion of our global reach. Your Tasks
- Developing a solid working knowledge of our products and the benefits they provide to potential customers and partners
- Handling incoming queries and establishing initial client relationships through a variety of channels (company website, LinkedIn, phone, email, etc)
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements
- Handing overqualified leads to the Account Executive team for further sales efforts towards closing the opportunity/deal
- Working with a CRM system and keeping the information and activity flows up to date
You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of Sales or related experience.
- Good understanding of Industry-specifics
- Excellent English language skills, both written (email/messenger communication) and spoken (phone calls, video conferences, events participation)
- Knowledge of other languages, including Polish, German, Spanish, or Italian, would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships
- Proficiency in business opportunity analysis
- Adaptability to evolving roles, independent work ethic in dynamic environments
- Excellent organizational abilities
