Job Description

Are you ready to shape the future of employee experiences at Pax8? This brand-new, exciting role 🚨 is the first of its kind — an  HR Product and Programmes Manager  who will pioneer how we leverage technology, data, and process to deliver best-in-class employee experiences. This is a hybrid position; HOWEVER, you need to live near our Denver HO and be happy to come into the offices at least twice a week🏔️.

As we continue our rapid growth 🚀, this role will be pivotal in transforming our People systems into a seamless, intuitive digital ecosystem that empowers our teams to thrive.

HR Product and Programmes Manager , you will act as the voice of our people, ensuring our People products meet their needs while aligning with business goals and People Team priorities. You will drive innovation in People Experience, ensuring products are data-driven, easy to use, and deliver measurable impact. You’ll serve as a connector, collaborating with other People functions, Tech Services, business leaders, and our people to drive adoption and success.

How you'll make an impact 💥

  • Build People Experience products from the ground up using Agile HR, design thinking, and go-to-market practices.

  • Manage your products throughout the entire lifecycle driving innovation and continuous improvement through iterative product development cycles.

  • Own and prioritize your product backlog to drive feature releases that meet the continuously evolving needs of the business.

  • Measure and report on the efficacy of your products, telling compelling stories to our stakeholders with data and surfacing people insights from product usage.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, acting as the bridge between People COEs, business stakeholders and other enabling functions such as Operations, Finance and Tech Services.

  • Champion a product mindset within the People team, embedding agile ways of working to iterate and continuously improve experiences.

What you'll bring 🔑

Proven experience as a Product Manager or Owner, or similar role — ideally in a people facing HR function such as Business Partnering, Employee Experience or Talent Development and Management /HR Technology or Operations.

AI-curious and savvy, with an interest in how emerging technologies can enhance people experiences.

Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.

Experience with HR systems and people technology (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Culture Amp, or similar platforms). Prior experience in a People Operations function a bonus.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills — you're as comfortable translating business needs into technical requirements as you are presenting solutions to senior stakeholders.
